Protect your order with Package Protection!

When checking out, you can add the optional Package Protection to your order. This protection covers lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit.

If your protected package is affected, drop us a message and we'll ship a replacement as soon as possible, at no cost, upon claim approval. 

All claims must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a claim:

- For "delivered" packages: claims must be filed between 3-30 days after delivery date
- For lost packages (undelivered): claims must be filed between 5-30 days from last tracking update
- All claims must be filed within 30 days of ordering

Please bear in mind that Package Protection benefits only apply if selected and paid for at checkout alongside your order.

Whether you item is waterproof, or water-resistant, we advise that to keep your jewellery in the best possible condition, remove when exercising, showering, or sleeping to avoid any damage and if wet, dry soon after. Avoid contact with alcohol based products, such as perfumes and deodorants. Keep away from harsh surfaces and place jewellery in your Elk & Bloom gift box when not being worn to prevent any snagging or damage. Always follow our washing instructions to ensure your jewellery stays hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive ears and skin.

Each order comes with an Elk & Bloom cleaning cloth, which is infused with our special polishing and anti-tarnish agent, suitable for use on sterling silver, gold, plated jewellery, stainless steel and precious gems. This will prevent dirt building up and keep your jewellery as shiny as the day we shipped it out.
