How do you return an Elk & Bloom Order?
We really hope you love your new Elk & Bloom jewellery as much as we do, but in case you do wish to make a return, here's what you need to know:
We are happy for you to exchange or return your order to us, provided you let us know within 14 days of receiving the order and are able to send it back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us or email us at hello@elkandbloom.com if you would like to exchange or return the order and if you can let us know any feedback, it would be most appreciated. Feel free to then return the order in the original condition, including your order number and name to the below address:

Upon Elk & Bloom receiving your returned order, we will issue your refund within 14 working days.
Does Elk & Bloom offer prepaid returns?
Please note, Elk & Bloom does not cover any return postage costs and in case the item is not returned in its original condition, you may be responsible for any costs associated with the order or loss in value for the item.
Are there any return shipping conditions?
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Custom or personalised orders, gift boxes (the jewellery however, can be returned), shipping costs, and due to hygiene control, pierced jewellery or any intimate items.
