Shipping Policy & Upgraded Orders FAQs
Can't wait to get your hands on your new jewellery? We know how important is it to receive your order quickly, so we want to make sure you're updated, every step of the way. Depending on how far we're shipping your order and if there are shipping upgrades, we use alternative carriers - find out how each method differs.
UK Orders:
Orders placed with express delivery will be shipped same day if ordered before 12:00pm GMT, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm GMT, or with standard shipping, will be shipped next day.
Once shipped, you can expect your item within 1-2 days for standard shipping, or next day delivery for express shipping. This can, but does not always include the initial 0-1 day processing time as above. Please note, custom or personalised orders may take slightly longer, in case we need to reach out to you to clarify any details. However, we do try and get our orders out as soon as possible, and if in doubt, please contact us.
International Orders:
We ship worldwide. For all orders placed outside the UK, packages will be shipped via the method placed at checkout, whether that is standard (untracked), or upgraded, with tracked, or tracked and express delivery.
Orders placed with express delivery will be shipped same day if ordered before 1:00pm GMT, Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 1:00pm GMT, or with standard shipping, will be shipped next day.
Once shipped, you can expect your item within 5-14 days to arrive at its destination, but this could however take shorter or longer depending on location. This can, but does not always include the initial 0-1 day processing time as above. Please note, custom or personalised orders may take slightly longer, in case we need to reach out to you to clarify any details. However, we do try and get our orders out as soon as possible, and if in doubt, please contact us.
International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

How to find your order's tracking details?
We'll send an email to you when your packaged has been despatched and this will include your tracking details as well if applied at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions about your items or your delivery.
How to change your shipping address?
Unfortunately, we cannot change your address or redirect your order once it has been dispatched, but reach out to us as soon as possible in case it hasn't yet been dispatched and we'll do our best to see what we can do. Contact us.
