How to add a gift message to my order?
Adding a gift note can be found by including your note in the 'Add a gift message' box on the item page, or by adding the Personalised Gift Note to your order and we'll post your gift message card out with your order. Please make sure to double-check the text as we do not offer reviews for this.

How to add a chain alteration to my item?
Adding a chain alteration can be found by entering your preferred length in the 'custom chain length' box on the item page and we'll alter your item before shipping. Please make sure to read the description on the chain length restrictions and double check the length is correct before ordering as we do not offer reviews for this.
