This means that in the rare event you feel your item isn't absolutely perfect for you, we'll get your item replaced hassle-free and free of charge for you.

How long does the lifetime colour guarantee last?
Our lifetime colour guarantee lasts a lifetime! As long as you're the original owner and have your proof of purchase, we'll replace and fix your order as quickly as possible.

Are there any restrictions?
Our lifetime colour guarantee replacement is subject to stock availability of the item in question and covers only discoloration or tarnishing for the entire life of your jewelry. It does not include:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Apparel and items outside of our waterproof and tarnish free collection, as noted from the product page
  • Damage from everyday wear and tear (such as scratches, breakage due to force and bent rings)
  • Items that are only in need of a deep clean or polishing to restore their original shine and colour
  • If modifications have been made to the jewellery, outside of Elk & Bloom

Kindly note, our lifetime colour guarantee was launched on 9th April 2025 and is only valid on products purchased after this date.

How to make a claim on the warranty?
To make a claim on your lifetime colour guarantee warranty, please contact our customer support team by sending details and photos of your item to hello@elkandbloom.com or contact us here. Once we receive your item back, we'll be able to process the replacement item.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Your shipping address
  • Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for returning your item if necessary. All approved warranty repairs or replacements will be processed as quickly as possible and if you have any questions about your warranty coverage, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
